Got stuck many times when dealing payment issue

Hello dear community, here is a TL;DR of what happened and which part got stuck: 1. I was interested in purchasing a domain on Cloudflare (CF). 2. I previously canceled the auto-payment from PayPal’s side by accident, and they informed me that I need to cancel the auto-payment from CF’s side and re-bind it (PayPal) again. 3. I am unable to cancel the Zero Trust free plan subscriptions because on the cancellation page, the "confirm" button remains greyed out even if I filled all the questionnaire options. This prevented me from canceling the PayPal auto-payment binding....

Can snippets be configured to run before cache for user authentication

I have a bunch of cache and only want authenticated users to be able to use it. If i can run snippets before serving cache i would be able to authenticate then and then serve cache or block them

Warp+ on mobile not transferring to Mac

I got Warp+ through the referral program and am using the same key for my Mac (I can see my phone in connected devices section). On my phone, I have access to Warp+ but on macos it only shows Warp. Is this only a display issue or is there something I'm not doing right?

Optimize performance of serving many images

What's your recommendation on serving large amount of images with CF ? I currently have them stored in R2 with file sizes range from 20 ~ 150kb each, with pre-signed URL on the server side (EC2) returned to client to fetch images. Problems I noticed are presigning takes too long and probably im also not leveraging CDN from CF. One of my primary concern was not to put image storage bucket public by default, thus better gated and tried pre-signing url. With CF, maybe the best option going forward is to have a CF worker binding with R2 bucket, intercept all image access requests, do simple verification, cache CDN and fetch the image directly to client? Account Compromised - Cloudflare support MIA

I believe my account has been hacked. I tried loging into my account today and it said my psw is not working. I then proceed to click reset psw, and it allows me to reset. However, when I try logging in with new psw it says I need to enteer my 2fa... but I have never setup 2fa. I then click the "try recovery" button and it says it doesn't recognize my device. When I try to open a support ticket it requests that I log in. This is very strange and it appears that I am fully locked out of my account. I went into my email history to check login logs, and noticed an IP from out of my country has been accessing my account all week. ...

Edge certificate cannot be validated

Almost a week ago, Universal SSL certificate was expiring, and cannot be renewed automatically by Cloudflare. I’ve already tried to deactivate then reactivate the universal SSL. I’ve also tried to manually add TXT records and follow the link that I receive in the Cloudflare email, but nothing of those worked. For information, the website is on Cloudflare for many years, and worked without any problem before the start of the week, without any need to manually create an edge certificate....

Cant change Zero Trust sub plan...

Zero Trust sub moved to "Gateway" rather than our previous "a la carte" as such we've lost the ability to actually access any of our apps behind zero trust... I've tried changing to a different sub plan, but this doesnt seem to work as the payment option is "locked out"...

Cache Rules don't work when origin Cache-Control is set

When setting up Cache Rules and my origin responds with a Cache-Control Header then cloudflare will always use that, even when specifying Ignore cache-control header and use this TTL in the rule settings. I've attached a screenshot of my settings, the cdn subdomain is pointing to digitalocean spaces which sets a Cache-TTL of one minute. So even with those settings telling it to overwrite the TTL with 3 hours it still uses 60s instead. Any idea how I can resolve this? 🙏...

I have my domain in Cloudflare which I use as DNS. From my website I want to make requests to a local server running on a raspberry through the IP. I get an error because the website is https and the raspberry is http. If I generate an auto-generated ssl, would it work or would I have to create an ssl with a CA like Let's encrypt? If I do it with let's encrypt, do I have to do something in cloudflare so that the raspberry domain is ip.mydomain.com?...

site offline after ssl certificate initialization

hey guys, I have a little problem, but have no Idea where to post it, maybe you guys can redirect me if this here is the wrong place. so the problem is the following: for our website I wanted to get a ssl certificate. For that I got the account on cloudflare (free plan) and changed the nameserver in my godaddy account to the cloudflare ones (I followed a youtube video, that explained how to install the ssl certificate. however, now (after about 18hours) the website isn't online anymore....

Can't cancel Zero Trust Plan Free

Hey guys, I have attempted to cancel my cloudflare zero trust free plan, however when I try, the button is greyed out. This is a free plan and I don't have any outstanding invoices. I've had an open support ticket for 22 days with no response, I have tried to forums only to be given a response in the form of another forum post which was of no help.
