Can't reach customer service

403 Forbidden Just a moment

Hi! I was uploading images into cloudflare using API, and it works great. But at a moment, without any changes, API call failed, and the response is "Error during the fetch, code: 403, message: <!DOCTYPE html><html lang=\"en-US\"><head><title>Just a moment...</title>" After some research I found that apparently it's due to a security move from cloudflare... And don't figured out how to fix that. I'm not a dev / worker, I just understand basic API using platforms like make / activepieces etc... ...

Storage Bucket is not allowed to grant Public Access with a subdomain configured

I created a new Storage bucket in my R2 dashboard. I purchased and configrued a sub-domain to allow public access for the bucket objects. However, it says, 'Public URL Access Not Allowed'. I do not understnad why this is happening as I have set up a subdomain. I do not see any option or setting to allow public acess for this bucket. The API keys are set tot object read and write as well.

Load balancing and DOS

i set up a load balancing with 10 endpoints, yesterday i split the balancing into 4 pools and each pool with the same healt monitor and now i fount that all servers are down and all seems like a DDOS, when i research for the origen attack i found that the 2.5k requests per minute per node are from clouldflare with the user agent of Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; Cloudflare-Traffic-Manager/1.0; +https://www.cloudflare.com/traffic-manager/; pool-id: ca) why when i disable two pools and only leave 5 endpoints in two pools the monitor start an attack?, the DOS stop when i remove the monitor...

High Number of Security Threats

I just got an email saying Cloudflare detected 633 Security Threats for my domain. It also says this is more than the average site on cloudflare... I am so confused as to why this would be the case?? Am I being targeted? My domain isn't really even out there right now! I just use it as a reverse proxy now, though my plan is to use it for a public facing domain in the future... but it's not out there at all right now? I deal with a lot of “urgent” requests from marketing and SEO. They are usually cosmetic e.g. changing images or links, but they take a lot of time to deploy to production. Plus, I’d rather work on something more challenging. Do you deal with this, too? I'm considering building a tool to solve the problem......

URL origin rewrite using rule snippets

I'm trying to do an URL rewrite based on the HTTP status code, so basically: if example.com/something status equals 404, then keep showing the same example.com/something URL but show the content of example.ORG/something. This is the code I currently have and it's not working, it's instead doing a redirect to example.org/something and I don't want that. I want to mask that content under the first domain....

JS Challenge Skips Remaining Custom Rules on Challenge Completion?

Hi all, long time Cloudflare user. Was just testing a couple of my WAF rules to make sure they are working properly and found that if I have a JS Challenge rule enabled: (not ip.geoip.country in {"GB" "CH"}) or (not ip.geoip.asnum in {x y z}) it will skip any remaining custom rules on challenge completion. Is this intended functionality? Why would this not then move onto the next rule in the ruleset? I feel a bit stupid for having created this rule initially without testing it, as I had assumed that adding a JS challenge would be a quick win and that it would have followed the ruleset order like any other rule. Seems like switching to a managed challenge does the exact same....

why if I make a request from Cloudflare Workers to my server (where I uploaded Origin Certificate and connected domain) on port 8443 (it seems to be allowed), I get “request timed out after 10000 ms”? from browser everything works fine.
