Attempted to purchase domain, received error

Yesterday, 9/17, I attempted to purchase a domain through Cloudflare. I used Apple Pay as my payment option. I received the generic “We’re sorry, something went wrong with that” error after paying. $10.44 payment was drafted from my Apple Pay account. I do not see the purchased domain in Manage Domains, nor any sign of this payment anywhere in Billing. I reached out to support yesterday morning (case# 01135200) and so far have only received an automated email in regard to transferring registrar to Cloudflare. Attached are screenshots of both the error and the payment screen. Please help
