Can't reach customer service
I keep emailing the dedicated startups email and the customer service email but am not getting a response. We're experiencing an issue with increase our Stream limit that has compromised the functionality of our app. Does anyone have a better way to reach the team?

Can't add more storage to Stream
I'm on the Startup Enterprise plan and used the 100,000 minutes of storage. When I go to add minutes, it says "Failed catalog product validation for key(stream.base.no_downgrade_from_v2) with message: Cannot downgrade from V2 plan (Code: 7541)". Has anyone else seen this?
