Cloudfare charged me 3x this month and I’ve raised a ticket but they’re saying it’s not their fault? I only have one subscription and it’s always just been a single 25 a month for years. What can I do?

they’re saying it’s not their fault? Ihm yeah that's a odd one indeed. Can you give me the following info if possible: - Ticket ID - Date you submitted it - Date of last response you got With that info I can forward it to someone to have them check again

I note that the ticket was submitted on my other account as I was originally locked out of the account that was actually charged, but I have since regained access.
I’m not sure if they’re misunderstanding me

I can see that support asked the billing department to take another look at your case, but unfortunately they got a pretty big backlog at the moment, so it may take a little while before you get a response from them again

Still waiting for this. Had no communication on either account...
Let me know if you figure something out - we are having the same problem and no answer from support for weeks now..
