How to style this color 990v6?
I'm considering buying a 990v6, but the only color they have in my size is this purple/navy color. Is this color easy to style? I usually wear dark raw denim, black corduroy, black and khaki cargo pants.

Help me figure out outerwear
Hey all, I've been trying to put more effort into my clothes for a short while now, one area that I've not expanded into so far is outerwear. I've gotten by with a utilitarian rain coat and a black kinda bomber-adjacent jacket. I'm trying to look around for more varieties that I have in my head, but I'm just really struggling with the language and categorizations of things, so I even know what to ask about or google search for. Any advice for learning how to talk about this stuff?
In particular I've been looking for something lighter weight to wear over a top or maybe a sweater (ref pics 1-2), and some longer options that go past my waist (ref pics 3-5, something potentially a little smoother/lighter weight than those as well). the ref pics are just yoinked from WAYWT to give a vague reference of what's in my head....
Trouser recommendations?
I’m looking for some trousers that I can wear as everyday work pants. I think a wool blend would be ideal so I can wash them and having a small amount of stretch is nice.
I found this pair at jcrew, fits the right aesthetic but the leg opening on these is super wide 16.5” and will look way too large as I am shorter. A slim or slightly tapered fit would be preferred.
I’ve looked at spier Mackey but I’m afraid the high rise will not look right at my height and they’re frequently out of stock....
Recommendations to soften hair
I have hair that refuses to bend. It simply grows up and resembles a llama, an Afro, or a porcupine, to give you a mental picture. Are there any products that can help “soften” my hair over an extended period? For the longest time, I’ve been getting buzz cuts and keeping my hair short. However, I’ve always wanted to adopt this style of hair (see the picture), and I’m wondering if it’s even feasible.
Less expensive raglan coat recommendations?
I think SEH Kelly has less expensive options but I’m open to suggestions!
