Topman & Uniqlo Oversized Shirt Sizing Help

I'm needing some help with knowing what size to pick for some heavyweight oversized mid sleeve shirts I'm looking at from Topman, and the AIRism oversized shirt from Uniqlo. For the Topman I've been looking at either the Small, or the Medium, but don't know which would be the best pick for me size wise. The Small is listed at 38, the Medium 40. I have been trying to bass it off another oversized shirt I wear that is 57cm wide when measured flat. I am around 5'8.5" or 174cm, and 130lbs, my chest circumference is around 34.5 inches, or 87.5cm. The model is 6' and is wearing Medium, and am wondering if I should go small because of that, but am also worried about it being too small. They are sold from Europe, and I'm in America, so I don't know if the sizing could be different at all in that regard. As far as Uniqlo I'm thinking maybe the Medium...? But still wasn't sure if you all would recommend something else. This is the shirt for reference, as well as the link for the size chart of a smaller brand's oversized shirt I wear. https://www.asos.com/us/topman/topman-premium-heavyweight-oversized-fit-mid-sleeve-t-shirt-300gsm-in-stone/prd/206440353#ctaref-more%20colours%20swatches&featureref1-more%20colours%20swatches Other brand size chart: (I wear the medium) https://chiro.fish/cdn/shop/files/3f28430b-original.jpg?v=1727591894

Its always going to be a gamble purchasing from brands that provide body measurements instead of garment measurements. Best you can do is pick the one that's closest to your measurements based on each brand. If you're in between sizes, I'd go up instead of down since it's supposed to be oversized.

imo the oversized shirts are cut to fit oversized I'd take your normal size they are meant to fit large I've tried to wear the uniqlo oversized shirts a size down and they don't fit in the way that I wanted
