Error after most recent update
??? confused here..... is this a limit of the orbitool board, or something calling the toolboard routines? Quote unquote from Mr Lorincz... ".... The HW design is done in a way that during shutdown the hotend fan is automatically enabled without software request. Software request value in shutdown only works if the micro is still alive; if not, then it does not do anything...hence we have the HW implementation instead of software config." again...confused here or I missed something somewhere here.

weird new 'move out of range' after last update.....
I keep copies of my TF cards on a HD. Just now looking back at the RO pre-2.1 install printer.cfg, I see indeed my primeblob was set to AUTO. Starting a print now...will report back shortly. tnx BSFL!

Move exceeds maximum extrusion (2.673mm^2 vs 0.640mm^2)
just ran across this as well... 10 minutes ago...the configurator is still defaulting the relative to false. (in the suggested printer.cfg changes you can opt in/out of) so came looking and found this thread. So...as previous... relative is best set to TRUE, correct? tia

Would an SSD (vs the SD card) speed up full updates on RPi 4B?

ditto on the USB 3.0 SSD. my card still has RO 2.0 and a ton of print files, just 3/4'ers the way out of the socket.
no fear can kill power without corruption (

Belt tension - starting point - Vcore 3.0 , with updated toolhead
really? I've not found that to be the case, at least on my VC500. A tad loose, leaves surface artifacts. My peaks are at around 68 hz. most set them a tad looser, around 54-64hz

hey guys just need help
if your belts are equally tensioned AND they are TO THE TOOTH count the same length, just slightly loosen your bottom nuts , xy carriages to rail bottom plates. then playing with belt tension alone SHOULD square the rack. If not, where you have captured your belt ends, is NOT TO THE TOOTH count, the same length.

I just find it interesting, Nithawks 'stock' fan config. you'd think you'd want the tach on the parts fan to get facilitate % cooling while printing. Yet, I can understand having a tach pin on the HE fan to validate the HE is actually being cooled. BUT.. is Klipper actually regularly even checking something like that?

@MDFPereira @miklschmidt noticing in the nitehawk repository...the pinouts do indeed match the mfr oem layout and (assuming here) 'kilpperized' verbiage etc ...wondering if docs should reflect it's use for the RatRig based RatOS configs... noting, or defaulting or allowing options to reverse which fan is on which port(s)

I was about to plug my NH 36 in, but figured it would balk, so was preping a HE thermo at least when I noticed the pinning.

not getting a response from LDO.... strikes me odd I'm the first one asking about the nitehawk 36 board version documentation. EG: Parts cooling and hot end fans.
wouldn't you want the 3 pin (w/tach) as the parts fan, and the 2 pin fan for the hot end?
They even mechanically placed a 2 pin connector, right next to the HE therm connector, which is right next to the hot end screw terminals. Yet IT, and a duplicate at the far left are labeled as parts fans ?????

Kinda' stunned... do these still look good to you?
the input request in the loop (to continue the loop or not) is the 'pulse' I'm hearing as you describe. And yes, I do not see it effecting the graph/responses from the printer in the graph. You confirmed my query.... it's not an issue., was simply an observation on my part. tnx

RO 2.1x now has advanced tuning tools (look at your navigation menu) Once that is running a tools option pops up a window that lets you set a constant (slider adjustable) carriage vibration. Speaking of which @miklschmidt that contant freq...at least on mine.... is it a software loop? I ask as on my printer, i get a secondary pulsing, almost a regular, repeating pattern of 'skips' within what ever vide I'm running.
