something is wrong with your beltpaths i imagine.... you can worry about belt tension after you get the blue line to stop flatlining
Something wrong with my belt paths ? I’m not sure I follow ?
I can take a picture of what the belts are placed like
Looks like my gantry is out of square
Could that be the issue?
that is an issue it its so
Going to redo it tonight and see if it fixes it
if your belts are equally tensioned AND they are TO THE TOOTH count the same length, just slightly loosen your bottom nuts , xy carriages to rail bottom plates. then playing with belt tension alone SHOULD square the rack. If not, where you have captured your belt ends, is NOT TO THE TOOTH count, the same length.
