UHF Oozing
You can try more retraction and also cooler temps. But, yes, I find volcano nozzles tend to ooze more than standard length

Reverse elephant foot
When I've seen this myself, the answer is that it's usually due to inadequate cooling

Move exceeds maximum extrusion on filament change
This happens to me occasionally if I forget to set the correct nozzle size in printer.cfg

Sagging ASA on overhangs
What is your layer height and what is the angle on that chamfer? Shorter layers and slower speeds will improve those areas... Can also play with cooling for external perimeter and be certain that you are not printing external perim first

VC3.1 Enclosed 400 Back Corner Peak
That's not a peak... That plot is telling you that you're frame has some twist in it going front to back... The front is twisted a bit clockwise with respect to the back.... .230 is great for a 400, I'd leave it until after a few heat cycles... Then you can address the twist if you like

bad bed mesh v core 3.0
. 266 isn't too bad but def could be better... That undulation in the Y direction would be my focus... Are you measuring the plate itself, the mag sheet, or the spring steel?

Mysterious "Lost communication with MCU 'mcu'" error began occuring out of the blue
Kind of wondering if it's symptomatic of a board that is about to die?

Nozzle keeps hitting the print mostly infill and supports.
Need more information... Where is it hitting the print? Is the print warping and getting clipped by the nozzle? Overhangs lifting?

New Printer First Layer Under Extrusion?
The paper test can be misleading if you have any residue in the nozzle... Did you do the paper test cold or hot? To me looks way too far from the bed... Unload filament, heat nozzle to 200, brush it clean, then do the paper test again and see what happens

A power surge when I turn off my printer.
Seems that somewhere in your path, you have a cap that's discharging after you power off... Start eliminating unnecessary devices until you identify what is causing it. Looks like it's on the AC side given that the power supply seems to pulse after you disengage the breaker

Extrusion issues after retraction
Well, typically if your extruder is skipping, you are trying to flow more plastic through the nozzle than is possible for the given temp & speed that you are printing at. This could also be a artifact of poorly tuned PA, but if your extruder is skipping, you'll need to address that first.
