Weird Artifacts when layers get small & fast
I got told that the benchy is a hardcore scenario for idex - I'm seeing the same artifacts on my benchys. I wanted to print something else but sadly my endstop gave up so I can't test further

Leveling a warped Bed Mesh Vcore4 500mm
time and patience. adjusting corners, playing with the feet - but I'm not getting below 0.25 either tho. But I'm using a ti tube which isn't perfectly flat

VOAC calculating offset wrong by the same amount every time
from what I've noticed in the past is that it works better if you do only one move per toolhead at a time. doesn't matter if it's not perfectly aligned after one move, just switch, do one move, switch back and continue like that - get's me aligned in 2-3 moves typically

I need some help Setting up VC4 Idex to use support material for T1 extruder.

Just tried setting the fan for white to 100% to see if it's some kind of cooling issue, but nope, not that either.. I'm pretty sure it has something to do with the tool changes tho

VCore4 IDEX Belt Tensioning - Should Mount Hybrid?
ignore the manual on that part - you need the hybrid belts mounted in order for the tollhead to move correctly

from what I read on the toro3d site where they sell those titanium tubes they won't be flat either - but at least they do have a consistent bend over time which you could fix with kapton tape if you'd like. but as long as the bend doesn't change the mesh algorithm should do it's thing

Glad you got your extrusion fixed - I'll have to pull it up more too - but last time I pulled very hard and i'm kind of scared of breaking everything :KEKW:

I'm fucking pissed - I have to pay for every shipment the fucking import taxes - the've sent me the first bed seperatly because it wasn't available while they shipped the rest of the printer - so already two times the import tax - now I got another bed - again I have to pay the import taxes - and now what? They send me another one and I have to pay again?
