Scuffed clouds

I noticed that I have a second layer of clouds, that shouldn't be there. Does someone know why it's there?

Increasing world threads

I'm running a fabric 1.21.1 server with some friends and i have this showing up time to time. So this shows on my console "[DH-World Gen Thread[0]/ERROR]: To increase stability, it is recommended to set world generation threads count to 1." And i was wondering what are the steps i need to take for that?...

Chunks unloading beneath me as I fly with elytra

I understand that it's due to flying into DH chunks and not vanilla genned ones, so if I increased my vanilla render distance, would that solve it or help at all? I'm using the Makeup ultrafast pack so I don't know if I can change the overscan settings Also another question that could relate to this, I used the RAM allocation tool and I supposedly need 13GB, that's fine, but is that effectively for the mod itself? Like if I'm also playing a modpack I should allocate the additional reccommended RAM to run the pack?...

Thread settings for low thread count server-side config? [fabric-2.3.0-a-dev-1.20.1]

Heyo, planning on running a low thread count server with the nightly build - planning on hosting on a service with 3-6 threads of an r9 5950x being made available to me. Just a small server between friends - everything already setup and running, but just figuring out settings. Is this a bad idea? What would y'all recommend my config file look like at lower thread counts?

large holes that appear on and off

im pretty sure theyre caused by moving fast in creative. they only seem to form when im not looking at them, but that could be by coincidence. theyre far away usually as well. im using embedium and oculus (the version compatible with 2.2), that could totally be the issue since i know embedium isnt as supported as sodium. im also using connector, but i dont think that's the issue because i use connector with distant horizons a lot. attached my log...

Memory Leak 2.2.1-a 1.20.1

Solution:
It turns out theres some conflict DH is having when generating the savanna biome with both wilder wilds and geophilic installed

flying islands create black lines

as you can see on the tree on the left, no problem, but on the flying islands on the right, DH creates black lines, how do you fix these? no logs / single/multi player with and without shader...

Any idea on how to improve nighttime shading on builds?

The build I sent as an example is quite bright, but the LODs don't really reflect that, sadly. I tried placing light blocks in the dark areas and waiting a bit to let the LODs refresh but no cigar unfortunately....

Disable DH overloaded warning

is there a way to turn off/acknowledge and ignore the "DH overloaded" warning? i have intentionally set it low to throttle DH performance. its annoying that it keeps popping up

When I try and disable rendering in DH settings, rendering is immediately re-enabled and this message appears.

Mouse clicks cause lag spikes

So, super weird situation going on for me. Because of the mods I am playing with, I have to use 2.1.0a instead of newer versions of the mod. Mostly because I want forge shaders and valkyrien skies so that I can use trackways. I am running 1.20.1 as well. I also have a bit of a hefty pack, but I did confirm it is distant horizons because the issue goes away when I removed the mod. So basically, when I right click on any block, regardless if it does anything or not, or if I left click a block to break it, I experience an instant lag spike. This doesn't happen with mobs or the air. So imagine a sharp lag spike where frames go from 100 to 0 and then back to 100 every time you right click a block or break a block. As I said, I removed distant horizons and the issue went away. I also ran spark and saw some stuff in there that pointed at distant horizons. I will post two spark logs to show what I mean. There was absolutely nothing in either the debug log or the log that shed any light, other than it saying there was a lag spike with the ticks. If you still want me to post the logs/debug, I will...

Oculus Compat error on startup - CTD every time

Hello, currently battling this error; Error: java.lang.NoSuchFieldError: TESSELATION_SHADERS Happens when i turn on shaders, still testing if its all shaders but once this happens i cant even open the game anymore and i have to clear my shader folder to get it to launch again. Anyone familiar with this and know of a fix or if i have anything that i shouldnt? ...

changing distant horizons to version 2.1.2a works as a fix for now
