LODs not saving after leaving and rejoining server
After leaving and joining a server again, LODs are not being generated, default DH config values except for the debug terrain view. First screenshot is before disconnecting (after flying in a straight line, you can see the generated terrain), second screenshot is after rejoining the server:
No other world-generation mods are used, it is unknown to me if the server has server-side DH support or not.
Thanks for your time, team!

It's the nightly build for 1.21.3, I don't understand this part, does it mean it is required by the server or else it won't work at all on my side?

Because as far as I was concerned it was supposed to work on client-side, or is it just referring to the "automatic generation", not the one you find by exploring?
Try increasing cpu load in DH's settings and flying around a bit more. See if any Loads get saved then.
DH will still work client side if you don't have it on the server, but distant generation won't work, meaning you have to fly around for more LODs to save
Increasing the load doesn't work, but I noticed something peculiar, the clouds are actually getting rendered as a LOD

Yeah dh has its own cloud rendering system
I'm not sure what the problem might be why LODs aren't saving. Have you tried with just dh?
Nope, no luck
even with just DH

Distant Horizons seems to be saving them alright

Why do you have so many folders?
Decrease the multiverse required similarity
DH just probably think that it isn't the same world every time you join
And delete every folder but the one with the largest DB
I found something interesting

the server has a "prelobby" before joining the actual survival game
the LODs work there
Where should I change that?
in the settings

I only have this in the "Multiplayer" settings

@Miki_P98 I believe that was a feature from earlier versions?
Yes it was, but then that does not explain the multiple folders
How many worlds does the server have?
And by worlds I mean, lobby 1, lobby 2, smp, skyblock, etc.
Only the joining/password lobby, and the survival mode
Also it seems like LODs load on the password lobby (it's a big lobby), but when I join the actual survival server, it's like DH forgets the previous sessions
When DH forgets previous LoDs does new folder get created?
Yes
In the same folder of the same server

As if we are joining a new world and isn't able to identify the previous session
I smell a bug
maybe
For me it's shutting down the server and reopening is
