DH for Fabric 1.21.3 launches even with the broken Fabric API
DH for fabric 1.21.3 should not launch when present Fabric API version is smaller then
Fabric API 0.110.0+1.21.3
This is the version AFTER_SETUP event not being able to render (#4219) was fixed

DH forgets to load chunks (DH 2.1-RC1)
While deleting and regenerating 1024 RD DH chunks I noticed that chunks are not loading. When I disabled distance generations some chunks started loading far apart from each other, and only after world restart they actually showed up.
