Yes, it would be much faster, since that skips the entire process of having to generate the chunks

1) would this way of generating LODs be faster than DH's built-in LOD generation?There haven't been any recent benchmarks comparing DH's Distant Generation vs chunky, however I believe that they are about the same speed
2) are there more ways to enhance world generator speed? if so, what are they?- Using performance mods - Increasing CPU Load - Reducing stress put on CPU from other things, for example by reducing mc's render distance

2.1) would C2ME mod affect LOD generating speed?It does. On DH versions earlier than DH 2.3, it slows it down quite a bit. On DH 2.3, it speeds generation up

5) if i hit 4000 LOD Render Chunk Distance Radius (pic. 1) , how do i know about it?If you mean how to know when Distant Generation is finished, DH 2.3 adds a progress status bar, otherwise you can also see it in the f3 menu
6) does it keep generating LODs outside of that 4000 radius?No, it doesn't. DH only generates LODs for chunks inside mc's render distance, and when Distant Generation is enabled and available, only for chunks inside the DH render distance
7) if not, how to keep generating them automatically?Other than just increasing the DH render distance, theres no way Tho, it will take a while (talking about multiple weeks of constant generation) until the 4000 radius is finished, so I don't think you need to worry about that

Tho, downloading the world would probably also take a while
You're not gonna find a map that you can download of 4000 chunks though
