Voice XP not recording for other members

Error when changing rank card image

Getting an error when adding reward roles.

Image included: Keep getting this error (I tried 2 or 3 times to re-run the command). I did /ping and the ping was pretty low but the rewards add command isnt working....

Reward roles not getting added

/rewards add role role:1311873170550161466 level:5 add_or_remove:Add i tried using this command and it just says an error occured. The role is below the bot and the bot have role perms. this only happened today....

Double xp drop

If 2 people claim the same drop at the same time they both get the xp

It has to be faster than the ping of the bot at that time, we've prevented double XP drops as much as we can before that

pluralkit integration potential eta?

I saw in the pluralkit support server the idea that kiai might be compatible for xp logging of individual proxy profiles, and was hoping to add that to my server. Is there anywhere I can find more information or news on this potential feature? I'm super interested, and excited for it to (hopefully, if discord allows) potentially be released. Thanks! <3

Fails to apply reward roles

Kiai is not applying any role and also refuses to sync when I try to apply it manually. @net-tech- is staff on this server, so I can confirm it is set up correctly

Re-application or removal of role when user rejoins server.

Hi there. We've been using Kiai on a server to remove a "Newcomer" role when users hit a certain level (4). An issue we've had with it however is that when a user gets banned or leaves and then rejoins a while later it's stuck with the role again. The user in question could be level 30 but Kiai doesn't seem to realise and doesn't remove the role. Does it only check to remove the role if the user were to level up to 31 in this instance?

Solution:

There is a /rewards sync command but there have been potential reported bugs with it that we haven’t tracked down or tried to reproduce yet, it could be worth trying though

Issues with voice exp

I setup the bot recently for my friend's server and voice xp is not working correctly. VCs not showing in deny list bug

So I have made a suggestion suggesting that kiai should add VCs in the deny list the someone replied and said that kiai DOES have VCs in the deny list and that it's a bug that blocks the VCs showing in the deny list and he said he'll fix it later then he set a cooldown with a giveaway bot for 12h that said he'll fix it but he never did and it's been like 1-2 months since. I would like this to be fixed AND if you could remove unknown channels shown in the video which are like this because I have deleted them and if possible make the bot automatically remove the channels if the've been deleted not show them as # unknown....

General questions around Kiai

Hey hey! I was told to open a support ticket. Sorry for the butt ton of questions!! Looking to replace mee6 (I know) The server id need to migrate info from is 50k people. with around 20 different levels. (with the hopes to bring levels to the other server i run with 370k members) How long would it take to transfer the info? And would the import include the roles too? I see there is no dash currently are their plans to make one? Looking at the doc page, whats included in premium and how much is it? Some commands are open to the public, is there a way to customise this?...

@net-tech- The lead developer would have to answer this question for you. I'm pretty sure we pull from Mee6's API, so we'd just be rate-limited by whatever they have in place, but I'm not certain on that one.

Yes! Whenever you go to import, you can select what you wish to import (see the image). As for the dashboard, the team's actively working on one, and we've had beta testing happen already, but we don't currently have an exact ETA....
