Monthly leaderboard not working?
Idk if i'm doing something wrong! The weekly leaderboards work fine but the monthly ones don't seem to update!

can't remove a role in leaderboard reward
hi, i managed to set a role for the top 5 but before that i created one for testing. now i cant remove any of them. when i do the command it shows empty
i have 2 questions: i dont want to have a xp reset when a member leaves, in case they return. but if i want to clean the list. enabling xp reset on leave and then disabling it will suffice? like the "prune" action tatsu has.
and the other is: what is the nickname format in settings? it changes something in /rank? idk...

@moda So, this is an issue that will require us a few days to try fix, additionally we cannot guarantee you will ever be able to import from Enguage due to API changes they made.
If you don't want to wait to see if we'll be able to fix this issue, we'd recommending manually setting XP data for your members....
XP Multiplier not working
I have 2 roles that each has x2 XP multiplier, however, neither the voice or text XP is affecter by those.

So this is not a bug, the rank card still functions as we intend.
There are two suggestions as Shadow linked above that are suggesting we change how the rank card works in the case of XP starting from zero on each new level. That being said, we do not consider this a bug....
Is it possible to customize this embed entirely?
It'd be cool if you can completely customize the embed.
I personally would prefer a shorter and more compact level up message (to fill up less chat space) in my server(s)....

Solution:
By default, the XP formula is 12 * (level * level) + level * 12. This means that when Kiai is calculating how much XP is needed for level 10 for example, it will calculate 12 * (10 * 10) + 10 * 12 which is 1320. This means that level 10 requires 1320 XP to reach.
You can make your own formulas like that and use the placeholders listed on the command as variables...
Error when changing rank card image
