Voice XP not recording for other members
It works for most of my members but it doesn’t for a few. What can we do to resolve this?

If this is an issue in your server, make sure you've included your server's ID (This can be found on the
/ping command), as well as which users are having this issue.

They’ve spent countless of hours in VC but never got their minutes and XP
But it works fine for others.
They didn’t get their voice xp last night.

Sometimes when Kiai is in the middle of a restart, it may miss when a user joins a VC
This doesn’t happen often though, and Kiai’s restarts are typically during off-peak times.
Internally we have "Voice Sessions" that track when you leave/join/mute/deafen/etc and then it'll use that to calculate your XP and minutes at the end of the session (i.e when you leave the VC).
If you join right at that instance when Kiai is rebooting, then it would never make a session.
If you need us to manually adjust any voice minutes or tracking in your server, let us know!
Could I request to add minutes to certain users?
Yep just give us their ID and how much to adjust by
Do they automatically get the xp too?
