Is it possible to customize this embed entirely?
It'd be cool if you can completely customize the embed.
I personally would prefer a shorter and more compact level up message (to fill up less chat space) in my server(s)....

There's a /level-up-messages you can use to customize those, and the placeholders are listed here: https://docs.kiai.app/features/placeholders

Solution:
By default, the XP formula is 12 * (level * level) + level * 12. This means that when Kiai is calculating how much XP is needed for level 10 for example, it will calculate 12 * (10 * 10) + 10 * 12 which is 1320. This means that level 10 requires 1320 XP to reach.
You can make your own formulas like that and use the placeholders listed on the command as variables...
Error when changing rank card image
I tried to change my rank image and an error happened. (Screenshot attached)

Importing from MEE6 Error
Everytime I import from MEE6, I get this error.

Getting an error when adding reward roles.
Image included: Keep getting this error (I tried 2 or 3 times to re-run the command).
I did /ping and the ping was pretty low but the rewards add command isnt working....

Hey, so everytime I try to import, I get this error. I have the leaderboard set to public on the Mee6 page too.
Double xp drop
If 2 people claim the same drop at the same time they both get the xp

It has to be faster than the ping of the bot at that time, we've prevented double XP drops as much as we can before that
