@moda So, this is an issue that will require us a few days to try fix, additionally we cannot guarantee you will ever be able to import from Enguage due to API changes they made.
If you don't want to wait to see if we'll be able to fix this issue, we'd recommending manually setting XP data for your members....

If this is an issue in your server, make sure you've included your server's ID (This can be found on the
/ping command), as well as which users are having this issue.

@moda After digging through everything, we've found that you need to make sure your servers page is set to be publically visable
