Issues with voice exp
I setup the bot recently for my friend's server and voice xp is not working correctly. Scenario - I joined voice with someone else and stayed there for 3m, here's the JSON before we joined:

If this is an issue in your server, make sure you've included your server's ID (This can be found on the
/ping command), as well as which users are having this issue.

what I have spotted right now as we left the vc again
1st person to leave gets exp almost instantly
2nd person to leave gets it after 15-30s
our ping is 17-33ms on shard 0
during the day situation:
we had like 10ppl on voice for 1-2h+ and not everyone got their exp as well
was it related to the higher user count possibly?
bot also has administrator on his role from the start
