[Fixed] Voice XP massive increases
We currently have a known bug where Kiai misses voice XP joining and leaving events.
This may result in symptoms such as:
- Users jumping with a massive increase in voice minutes
- Users jumping with a massive increase in XP
- Users not seeing their XP be given when they leave the VC.
If you are having this issue, you can just use the
/xp command to reset someone's XP back to a normal level, or ask us here to reset their voice minutes (along with your server ID and the user's ID)18 Replies
As part of this fix, we will be rewriting a portion of the handler for voice XP to ensure this is more stable and consistent across all servers. This should be rolling out to the main bot soon
The fix for this issue is scheduled to be released by the end of the following week, however due to team member availability issues it might be a little bit longer

Looks like when you have "2 users min" set the first 2 users dont actually get xp when they leave

is this true? in my server i'm always the one who doesn't get xp when i leave
also another member jumped over 120 levels in one call, which i feel like is related to this problem

As it seems to be fixed in my server and leveling works as best as it would
it works sometimes i think, but breaks more often than not

If I enable I need to manually reset 3 users's exp every day

would you guys be able to provide server admins with a command to remove a certain amount of voice minutes to a specified user?

my server has the xp bug still occuring it seems like, but way more often than before
