Update Nameservers

I am managing a domain that was registered by an IT Service Provider under their Cloudflare account, and subsequently moved to our own account, when we canceled our services with that provider. However, the nameservers for our domain are still set to those of our former IT Service Provider. As they are no longer managing this domain, they have removed all DNS records, so our website has bee ndown for over a month, and now our email stopped working, Of course Cloudflare DOES NOT ALLOW CHANGING NA...

tiered caching - primary & fallback data centers are 2 continents apart

is there anyway to reset the tiered caching data centers? thought it would take sometime to recalibrate/recalculate to my origin IP, but it's more than a month now. origin is in southeast asia, don't know why chicago is picked as best primary data center....

Support response times on urgent cases

Hello there, I have an urgent support ticket open, but yet didn't receive a response even after 30+ Hours. I know, I only own the workers paid plan and the domain I have issues with is on the free plan, so I am not Cloudflares biggest customer, but for urgent requests... what is the average response time? I am considering using Cloudflare Workers to host a Next.js website, but I have a question regarding billing in case of a DDoS attack. Currently, I use Vercel, and they compensate for the usage caused by such attacks. If a website hosted on Cloudflare Workers were to be targeted by a DDoS attack, would Cloudflare account for the additional usage in the billing, or they provide any compensation or protection to prevent unexpected charges? ...

"Invalid Nameservers" error on delegated zone

I have a domain where the apex is managed by another team but we have delegated a subdomain of a zone to cloudflare for my team and everything is working in terms of being able to manage records for the subdomain within Cloudflare, except in the Cloudflare dashboard the domain status shows as "Invalid Nameservers". Hello, I was building a project where I wanted to make a network of private servers for storage and use a blockchain layer over it for data hashing and provide secure storage to users in my college.
