does a fishhook on a hat mean anything?
so a while ago i got this cool snapback hat that’s super fishing themed (pictured.) i was thinking about adding a fishhook clip to it to emphasize it a little more for that j’ai ne sais quoi. but then i started seeing things that say it could mean a lot worse/more inaccurate to me things than “i like fishing.” stuff about it being a racist dogwhistle?? or like an “i’m a christian” kind of thing to play off of the jesus fish imagery i guess??
would what i’m planning on doing overshadow those contexts?? are those even actual meanings of the little hat clip?? i’m agonizing a lot over $2 for this clip but i’m mostly worried i’d seem like something i’m not for doing it....

Just recently found this hoodie from Our Legacy, and quickly fell in love with it. I just love the double zipper, and the knitted texture. It looks like the perfect comfy layering piece for the office.
But the pricepoint is abit too high at 470€ and I'm not sure if such piece would ever go on sale.

fit check/feedback
Hey everyone, new here and mostly new to men’s fashion as a whole and want to start dressing better. I’ve seen some generic advice off some YouTube channels and tried to start thinking more about materials and how things fit. Anyways, looking for some feedback on some things I tried on today at an LL Bean store (my first time ever in one). My style preference is typically slightly fitted and more form fitting.
My own thoughts:
- the pants/shoes are my own, not part of the outfit. They are probably one of my favorite fitting articles - I do like a slightly slimmer profile and the chukkas were something I tried last year and do like them. Open to feedback though. I tried on the LL bean corduroys in my size (32w/30L) and they didn’t fit. We’re basically a skinny fit and I couldn’t move in them.
