it might be leaning back a bit but that's hard to see, it seems flush with the printhead's face so I would think it is straight in the printer, my floor here is slightly tilted but nothing too bad either

Yeah it's secured pretty firm,
accelerometer values (x, y, z): 21.547815, 1266.532678, -9272.743030
Axes noise for xy-axis accelerometer: 1.670616 (x), 2.817194 (y), 1.414366 (z)
