could be, but previous run I had multiple of these bars and the fan went on on one of those and not on the others. I'm now printing again and the fan was working in the first part of the print but looks completely dead now. Weird thing is I'm pretty sure after the print that I will have control of the fan through the GUI again

Issues with IDEX 4028 part cooling fans quickly changing speeds

I'm having the same problem after updating my printer but I only have one toolhead. Slider shows a percentage and the fans stop. Sometimes they turn on and work but not through the whole print

Fan stopping when klipper shows 70%

only while printing there is a discrepancy between what the slider shows and what the fan is doing. When printing it seems to turn off and on randomly

[fan] pin: !fan_part_cooling_pin cycle_time: 0.01 I have this in my config.cfg, its a vcore 3.1 400mm

Upgraded my toolhead on RR3.1 and the printer has gone full stupid.

I've had something that looks familiar when my steppers couldn't keep up. I think I had the wrong model selected in the configurator. After switching to the correct stepper model it went away for me. I almost rebuild my printer before finding that out 🥲

Regular surface distortion pattern towards end of larger first layers VC4

I always did the beacon calibration with a cool printer, is the best way to do it to heat up nozzle and bed and then start the beacon calibrate macro?

very curious for this too, I haven't started building my vcore4 yet in the hopes this will get me some valuable insights. Never got my vcore3's 300/400 to do perfect first layers. I'm building a 500 now. I might order a carbon beam for my 300 to see if I can get a perfect first layer there.

1mm nozzle prime blob dangerously big

I haven't ran it further with those settings, I removed the nozzle from my cfg and added the cross section limit, after that everything seems to work as expected

Yes that seems correct, never changed anything there. It's printing fine now with removing the 1mm nozzle from my printer.cfg

I reverted the nozzle setting in my printer.cfg and went for the max_extrude_cross_section setting that I increased to 50. Blob seems to print normal again
