"do not turn the printer off" is my current solution as well unfortunately.

But I'd expect the router to be fine. Last place where I would look.

TP-Link EC 225-G5 1.5 years old. Thinking about the question I also had problem with work laptop disconnecting when in dual band mode. Splitting to 2.4 and 5 ghz networks fixed the laptop issue

Layer shift for just one layer and then back again?
This is a stretch but check g code. If that layer or the one directly below is substantially longer then it can cause something like that.

Layer shift for just one layer and then back again?
Would the other walls be that well aligned if that were the case though?

vc3.1 new toolhead
It is normal. They cut the belts from a circular tube (?) so the teeth are slightly unparalel to belt length. At least that's what I heard.

Issue with ABS printing
this is probably started by the edges of the printed piece raising up and so the printed layer does not have enough space to extrude perimeter in correct space. Easiest way to correct this is to use brim and or to increase nozzle offset to "squish" the first layer increasing adhesion. Other possible corrections if that will not be enough: slow down the overhang speed, increase bed temp and chamber temp, increase bed adhesion by different printing surface or by using dymafix.

Opinion on these graphs
That's why you want the PSD as high as possible. If it is almost infinity then that means that resonance occurs only at infinitesimaly small frequency value

Opinion on these graphs
Y value of the graphs doesn't show vibration "size". PSD says how much of the vibrations overall occurred at certain frequency.

Opinion on these graphs
Y axis has higher frequency peak than X axis... Unless you have Hybrid VC4 (I don't see second Y motor) then this is very sus.

Perpendicularity can be different between printed and alu XY joiners so even if Y was fine before, it can be eh now.

What frequency are the belts tightened to? Run bed mesh to see if it is fine or if one corner is out which would point to frame. My guess is that you will have to strip the belts and check Y alignment....

It's kinda random if it chooses ZV or MZV if the graph is fine.
