that is what set kinematic center does. It says to the printer - ignore everything you are at 250,250,250 (assuming a 500mm printer). So then when you home, it tries to move 250mm in all directions as you told it to

for what it's worth, my belts also move slightly like that and I've had no issues. perfect graphs are overrated, yes mine also look terrible too but it still prints beautifully. I think that is the key, as long as it is printing well and belts aren't moving so much they are rubbing and damaging themselves you will be fine

on the tangent of being frustrated and having so many issues - know that I completely self sourced a vcore3 and plan to keep it for a long while so at least for support you'll have me (for what that's worth). Alignment seems to be the biggest challenge most people have and I found the "full metal mount mod" to be very worthwhile change as it allows you to clearly see what is going on with the various stacks

yeah, I can't speak for him, but this isn't my day job either and I get tired of asking on almost every post to add the files so I can actually help. To be honest it has burnt me out, which is why I don't help as often as I used to

Hotend change, what I need to change in klipper and slicer?
From your description it sounds like heat creep, so you need to check the fan is spinning at the correct speed and make sure it is blowing across the hotend and not trying to pull air across the hotend. If all that checks out, get a different fan
