[include RatOS/4pin-fans/part-cooling-fan-25khz.cfg] to your user overrides section. Because when you use a toolboard it assumes that you will use the toolboard for the fan50 replies

Who do you mean when you say "it would be nice if RR found time to code a solution"?
Rat-OS is open source software created and maintained by Mikel not RR. Further, Rat-OS is klipper, so you are really asking Mikel and the klipper developers to do something for free for you. Thus it is better to work with them and submit a pull request. I think you will find it isn't as easy as you are making it out to be

Triangellab Euclid: Shutdown due to expected probe state to be stowed but is deployed (0)
just because the light goes on and off doesn't mean the switch is wired correctly. You could also have the switch logic inverted thus it thinks it is triggered when it isn't

4028 Inverted behavior on EBB42. Even with !fan_part_cooling_pin
you can wire it that way, but then you aren't using the enable pin to keep it off when starting up
