Klipper shutdown
Please help, I've gone through every wire to the bigtree and triple checked the documents. Anytime i try to move the Carriage for a Idex setup, 10 mm left or right, i get this fault "Unable to read tmc uart 'dual_carriage' register IFCNT" It then goes into a klipper shutdown

Can you show us a picture of your jumpers? Have you tried moving drivers around to see if the error follows a particular driver? Are you sure the driver is properly seated down?
where my finger is is how all the jumpers are set up under the cards. i have pulled them out and swapped them around making sure they seated
If you are still having issues, try also moving the wires around (like x to y) and see if the error changes. The error you are getting is because it can't talk to the driver. The jumper looks ok so it is either a faulty driver, the board is defective, or wiring messed up somewhere
Okay I’ll move some around and see. I’ve gone through all the wires and unplugged and replugged. Everything is brand new and I’ve done every step word for word. If it doesn’t work then I’ll reach out to support and see what to do next. Thank you
Just because it's brand new doesn't mean you are immune to bad crimps or other issues
