Is this belt tension or something else?

wonder if this is belt tension, zwobble or something else. ratrig vcore 3.1 300x300 ..... Update ..... Problem: the carriage could move with the motors ennergized, the lower belt pulley setscrew had untightned and pulley was partially loose Solution: retighten the screws with some blue screw glue

with the motors ennergized this should not be happening retightened the pulley and gonna see if it is fixed it was a loose pulley setscrew

I have a really similar issue on this V3.1 I got used, I never replaced the belts to look at the pulleys well enough but I guess I definitely have to check! Could I also ask how "removable" the blue glue you used is? I'm kinda tempted to try it especially on those parts that I rarely check and might come loose

blue locktite is mean to be removable with a little more than normal force. If it becomes stubborn, just a little bit of heat will loosen it right up

correct, there are different levels of thread glue blue is usually removable by torque but not by vibration. so far it is fixed but i really need to invest in gates belts and pulleys as the original belts are poorly cut
