Bad stepper motor?

Started having issues with the straight lines essentially turning into gyroid😂 I believe I tracked it down the the T0's stepper motor having a very mechanical hard to turn spot that I could feel moving the print head, after taking it apart it is in the stepper motor itself for the hard to turn spot then it frees up and repeat. I've never dealt with stepper motors going bad much is this something that looks like it could cause this? In the pictures the White is T0 and the darker is T1 and yes it does it in single toolhead only on T0 too

how tight did you make the belts? Maybe you had them tight enough to put too much pressure on the stepper and cause the bearing to go bad prematurely

2.7 on pfmakes belt tensioner which netted 55.2 and 55.4 hz for the belts I didn't think it was excessive but it may have been too much? Do you think the belts could have been damaged as well?

only you can determine that. Next time, only tighten the belts until they stop hitting the frame, then use the macros in ratos to further refine the tension

I'll give that way a try today when the motor gets delivered thanks!
