Rapido UHG clog
I would like to clarify on the configuration regarding the hotends.
On RatOS 2.0 there was basically only one Rapido config for everything. The only thing I had to change was the thermistor type to PT1000.
Now the RatOS 2.1. Has 2 options, HF and UHF. The UHF by default has PT1000 thermistor. So everything checks out. I have the uhf version with pt1000 thermistor.
I should mention, that really rapido UHF is basically rapido 2, meaning the heater is rectangular and not round and it has an option to screw in an additional piece that makes the hotend a bit longer.
And here we have the option to choose either to go with the adaptor or without.
I do not have the adapter installed, so theoretically my UHF rapido is HF is terms of length of the heating element.
All fine and dandy, but for the first time in half a year - clogged after 1 print. I noticed that the filament unload macro is different now, it pushes the filament several times inside before fully unloading.
So an obvious question, does it matter in terms of the macros whether I have the adaptor or not on the Rapido UHF.
Should I choose the HF option if I don't have an adaptor Installed and choose the pt1000 thermistor somehow or is it the new unload procedure that could make the hotend clog?

Ring on my hand ring on my print
I have been battling ringing for some time now. I have calibrate the voron cube so it would be ideal in regards to input shaper, flow, offset, belt tension, PA, temperature, speed, accel etc.
I tried the adxl with the kit, adxl in ebb42 sideways mounted. Today I even tried the ls2dw usb nozzle input shaper.
I changed the real notor muhts to accommodate FMMM.
Ringing is still there. The results are from different input shapers and the difference is nigh, considering one was mzv for x , Second ei for x.
Y is ei both sides and this one is solid (it seems).
Input shaper is working but terribly bad. I Mean, nozzle adxl it the most precise unit of measurement of vibrations and this damn chunk of metal and plastic defies all odds and spits out shit.
Speeds : from turtle to racecar. From 50 to 230. Higher speed eliminates VFA , ringing there.
Accel: the higher the better, against all recommendations but still does not help.
I have tried to replace the motor mounts. Idlers are kinda okay, but I noticed belt rubbing on one side. Belt was dead on when I put an additional spacer to the right lower furthest idler. Worse results , better belt path. Reverted to original spacing.
During input shaper left side of X vibrates and gives off trembling sounds. Belt tension does not help. Higher, lower, still the same.
Oh yeah, frame dead 90°. I forgot how many times I rechecked.
Printer on solid ground. All wires near the head clamped to the best extent as to not vibrate and provide better input shaping.
Mzv, ei, zv. Better results with ei.
What trivial things I did miss?
