overextrusion in some areas
I have recently tried many things to combat ringing and bulging of corners on a calibration cube.
Būt for this file I have another issue. One corner is rounded, the other kinda straight but with a miniscule bulge that translates in ringing like effect.
So Y->X movement does that. X -> Y movement looks great.
PA tuned, shaper tuned. Tried slow speeds, fast speeds. Slow accel and high accel. High both do better in terms of overall quality.
Same on calibration cubes.
What the hell am I missing?

Nozzle size, material, temp, speed, accel, PA, ST, and SCV? Looking at the print, it's a .5 nozzle?
0.4. Pla, temps ranging from 190 to 220. Lower temp gives matte fiinish, higher temp stringing and glossy. Accel both 5k, 7k 12k.
PA was 0.028, changed to 0.035. Better, but still insufficient to take that bulge from YX movement. SCV at 5. Tried 15, but nothing changed
Accel did not improve. Setting in the slicer to ignore small perimeters helped with the blue print, but the calibration cube still has that bulge
I adjusted PA to 0.41 even. That helped, but the little bulge is there. If I go higher - I will loose the layer line uniformity.
Speed of 200mm minimum is needed to get rid of other known artifacts. Esteps checked, flow checked, mechanically sound and straight AF, not a single mm off. Skew correction not needed.
Setting inner-outer-inner helped in other aspects, but also, nothing for the corners
