Perhaps I have been misunderstood. English is not my mother tongue. I'm from Austria. I'll answer you tomorrow and tell you what I meant.

Please don't get me wrong, I like the printer, its features, the software and co. Big applause for the time you put into the software. But the problems are piling up and are mostly due to poor to non-existent quality control. Plus there are massive bad design decisions like cutting and crimping the contacts of the thermistor etc just to push the ebb42 through.

Here you go my friend. https://discord.com/channels/582187371529764864/1292172654224212090/1292175388792848506 Took me a little while to find the link. I did it exactly according to the table. It's not my first 3D printer either, I use them in productive operation in my company. We use 3D printing to produce all our trim parts and no printer has ever had as many problems as the Ratrig. It feels more like an alpha product than a release candidate or a finished product.

Ratrig is aware of the problem with the bearings, apparently I'm not the only one. That's why they recommend using the heavy duty bearings, as the others are not designed for the loads.

The belts were set exactly according to the appropriate Hz number. Corexy as well as the Hybrid. So nothing was tensioned too tightly.

Don't worry, I've already got the next problem. After 6 hours of operation, all the rear bearings were fucked. Already discussed with support and waiting for replacement delivery from Ratrig .

I would have liked to copy the text from the documentation, but it's a picture and was too much for me to write. 😂

This makes it easier to flash the board. otherwise you would have to connect it to a power supply. once your power supply has been connected to the board, this jumper is no longer necessary.

I think you've got it wrong. This pin ensures that your board receives power from the Pi. Not the other way round. This is also stated in the documentation I have linked.

Should be the jumper for the 5V supply from the Pi via USB.

VC4 500 - Looks all over the place
I'm not an expert on the subject, I can only tell you what I did. There are 3 screws per side. One at the top, 2 at the bottom. Then move the gantry back and forth several times. Then test the stop at the front and rear. It is best to remove the Y end stop for this, it is only one screw, otherwise it will increase the distance at the front left.

I must have opened and readjusted the straps on the back 5 times until I had it reasonably straight. I also opened the screws that clamp the X a few times until everything finally fitted. I then took out the last mm through the tooth at the front of the head until everything was perfectly aligned. I feel more like a beta tester than if I had bought a finished product. 😂

Had the same problem as you with only one peak. I then added one more tooth per side and then I had 2 peaks. It also straightened the axle for me. Before that it had a gap of 2mm on the left side when it was right at the front. I loosened the clamp at the front of the print head and moved it one tooth further. Apparently the belts were not the same length. If they are set too tight, I always have the problem that a spike disappears, see my documentation here: https://discord.com/channels/582187371529764864/1292213095757774879
