VC4 500

Hello, I'm currently adjusting my VC4 500 Hybrid. So far everything has gone well and I have installed the hybrid y belts, now I have arrived at the input shaper. I just can't do much with the measurement, i.e. I have no idea what it is telling me. Not even after hours of reading here in the discord. Can anyone tell me why i have a 2nd spike on y?

Here's a quick update after I was pretty tired yesterday after working on the printer for over 16 hours: This morning I decided to remove the Hybrid Y belts again and then did a Core XY Belt Tension test. The tension did not fit although it was perfect yesterday. I then set the belt tension to 85hz. Looked a little better then. I then set both belts to 90hz and achieved a perfect result. Then Mainsail stopped responding again and I had to switch off the printer and restart it. Immediately afterwards I did a new test and the result was again pretty shitty, even though I didn't even touch the printer in the 5 minutes that passed. Then I tightened the lower a little and I was back in 1 spike land. Only a total relaxation and tightening of both belts to 85hz brought a good result again. Now a 5 minute break was taken, the printer was not touched or changed during this time and a new test was carried out and the values differed again. The whole thing now seems more like rolling the dice than an exact measurement. I'm going to buy a packet of cigarettes and smoke them before I throw the printer out of the window. Order of the pictures: 1 Start this morning after removing the Hybrid Y 2 Both set to 85Hz 3 Upper 90hz / Lower 91hz 4 After unplanned switch-off without change 5 With half a turn more on Lower 6 After relaxing and both at 85Hz 7 After 5min break without change

In the meantime, I have run further tests. The values are constantly changing. Two tests were carried out without any changes at the printer, with the tension on upper continuing to decrease. Then the hz was increased by 1hz on upper. This brought upper back on track. In a 2nd test afterwards, a reduction in the tension on upper is visible again. Picture explanation: 1 15min break without change 2 further 5min break without change 3 +1hz on upper 4 Test again after 5min without change

Update: Now both hybrid belts have been refitted and tuned to 95.5hz according to the table. See photos for result. The spike on Y is still present. I think I'll just screw it and move on. The whole system is driving me mad and I could throw up.
