what if we print some spacer with heat inserts, so rail would be attached to it instead of TT itself and thus allow it to expand and stretch the plastic. but toolhead would probably need redesign for extra space

Found, arachne was to blame, PS 2.9.0. Switched to classic and problem is gone

try preheat with hotend also at printing temp(unload filament first) and toolhead in the middle

ABS bad layer stacking and overhangs
what about cooling? abs requires a bit on overhangs but if you give too much layer adhesion will suffer. fan kick time is also usefull here

Well 0.1mm deflection compared to my 0.7mm is pretty good improvement

it should but I think it was one time they acted as inverted, maybe it wasn't leveled enough at that time

At the back, rotate left and check which corner corresponds and which direction

Feet are still uneven, adjust only one at a time and see which direction the mesh changes and which corner, sometimes it’s counterintuitive

Start with rotating rubber foot in the far right corner. After corners settled you can pull gantry a bit upwards that will square this bow along X
