ABS bad layer stacking and overhangs

I’m having some issues with ABS and not sure where to begin. The corners looks aweful but overhangs above look okay, probably the corners warped a little bit during print but don’t think that’s the whole truth. I’m also not very happy with how the layers are stacking , if you zoom the pictures you can see the layers is not consistent. You can see some ”ghosting”. I’ve shapers set correctly and pretty clean graphs I’m thinking if it could be extrusion temp? This is printed with RR ABS at 255c, 118c bed

what about cooling? abs requires a bit on overhangs but if you give too much layer adhesion will suffer. fan kick time is also usefull here

What’s fan kick time?

I think they mean the fan ramp up time, short overhangs will not get cooled enough if the fan takes longer to spin up than it takes to print the overhang
