If you meant the popping sound then I would say wet filament, but I heard about three different noises none ow which I would say were squeaking from my perspective.

My ratrig V4 can not maintain temperatur stable
Mine works fine, alhough it does have a tendency to overcompensate on initial reaching of desired temperature, but then it settles after couple of minutes, which is no big deal since I have to heat soak anyway.

My ratrig V4 can not maintain temperatur stable
Sorry, I misunderstood. If you have the Ratrig one it should be plug in play.

My ratrig V4 can not maintain temperatur stable
No, assuming you are on Ratos 2.1 you have to select it in the configurator.

https://github.com/Rat-OS/RatOS/releases/tag/v2.1.0-RC2 there is an RC3 version but I have not been able to download it successfully for some reason it quits about 3rd way, but if you do a software update after installing RC2 will update to RC3. You do have to do a fresh install from 2.02, 2.1 will not update from 2.02.

Mine has a greater variation between cold and heat soaked than yours, also takes on a different shape and yes that is very acceptable for a 500. I mostly print at 110C so I have the gantry optimized for that temperature and also RATOS 2.1 compensates automatically from the Beacon readings.

MCU shutdown: timer too close - after I start a print (quite a heavy file)
Not really, but the wire is fragile and prone to breaking and in some cases people did not have them screwed in all the way

Raspberry Pi 5 not creating Hotspot
PI 5 is not supported yet and probably won't be for some time so either you are on your own or you need to get PI 4.

Is it normal to have much better results at higher temperature?
I get better results preheated to 110C for app 1 hour than ambient, one would think it would be the other way around.

Where do you put the wifi login for a rasberry pi 4b with 2.1?
I don't know about the 36 but on the 42 holding the two DFU buttons was a PITA, took several tries before it finally flashed,

Where do you put the wifi login for a rasberry pi 4b with 2.1?
If I remember correctly the download was a 32 bit version only. Are you flashing 2.01 or 2.1RC2?

Where do you put the wifi login for a rasberry pi 4b with 2.1?
You want to use the 32 bit, the 64 had some issues and is not supported. You can add the wifi info later.

If it is a recent Balena Etcher, it had problems. Use .18 version.

V-Core 3.1 500 Unenclosed
Your Y is very good but your X is very low, should be around 10,000. Your belt tension is also poor the second peak should be much higher, my first response would be to try to tension a bit more if the belts are fairly loose, if not something is binding, but belt tensioning is not my forte so I hope others chime in.

Debris in heatbreak, wonky rapido thermistor?
Remove the nozzle and unmount the rapido, but leave it it connected, remove PTFE tube, put something on the Rapido so you don't burn yourself or remount it without the PTFE tube, heat up to whatever that filament required, slip the wire rod through the nozzle opening, let the rod heat up and then try pushing through. If unmounted , it can potentially screw up your thermistor wire if you don't do this very carefully, the wire is very delicate. I did this twice without remounting just holding in my gloved hand and was crapping in my pants, but fortunately no accidents.

Debris in heatbreak, wonky rapido thermistor?
Heat up the nozzle, remove it, then heat up the steel rod to high temp (gas stove) and try pushing it through, don't let it sit too long it may affect your PTFE tube. If that doesn't work I'll let you know a more complicated version. If it works I would f investigate the length of your PTFE tube, maybe a little short, and make sure the nozzle is tight.
