Cat pissed on my printer. Need new parts. What do you recommend?
Title says it all, printer got fried as the cat pissed on the rpi 4 and SKR PRO V1.2. Everything else looks fine, but need to replace those two, so why not upgrade!
What is the go to for the SKR Pro replacement?
I have had a big hiatus from the RatRig discord for a long time, so out of touch with the new parts available

Would the BTT Octopus Pro be the next upgrade for it?
That is the board that has been on all the 3.1 and vcore 4s, and what a LOT of people have. Easy to get support for it with the larger userbase

Any other recomendation for bed probes? i am using BL touch currently. I think there are some better things out there now?

I changed to a hybrid 3.1, some call it V-core 3.4, but I am not sure if the kit would work for 3.0 as easily and you do need an enclosure (or extend the extrusions up).
Good, it is the cat's meow.🤣 Make sure your are Ratos 2.1 RCwhen you upgrade a lot of very useable macros are not in the 2.0 version.
Will do, I haven't updated in a year or two. So may do a fresh install on another micro sd and keep my current one as a backup

I am running a superlight setup by @MFBS , I think he has a file for some beacon, although not sure what one

Requires a new OS version, and since Rat-OS uses mainsail OS as the base, and they haven't upgraded it it would be a massive amount of work

It seems like the H723 1.1 is faster and newer?
Won't matter for klipper, advantage for riprap
Use whichever one power a cat tazer best
