V-Core 3.1 Toolhead 1.0 Commissioning Klipper Error
I have a enclosed 300^3 that was working without issue with a LGX large gears and Mosquito Magnum installed. I recently upgraded to the new v1 toolhead (orbiter and Rapido) and added an EBB 42 v1.2 toolboard to the upgrade as well. Once wiring was completed I continually received a Klipper shutdown notice stating that the extruder temperature was out of bounds. Maybe are some existing files that need to be removed and recalibrated? I tried #uncommenting the extruder lines just to see if I could move past this error, without luck.

Thank you for the assistance. After many rabbit holes, I found the first and second resolutions needed. The first issue was an error in wiring. By following the v-core 4 wiring suggestions for a v-core 3.1 (https://ratrig.dozuki.com/Guide/12.+Electronics/250#s2629) I mixed up the cables between the thermistor and the heater, as they are miss colored in the directions. After resolving the wiring issue the error still occurred, but now showed as negative degrees Celsius. (note - the jumper was implace as suggested for this toolboard) After multiple attempts to override the extruder sensor, the sensor temperature remained sensing excessive heat or negative heat causing Klipper to shut down.
The solution in this case was first to fix the wiring, and then followed by updating Ratos v2.1. After flashing my Rasp Pie and going through the configuration options setup, the extruder reads normal ambient temperature now....

This guide is still in progress, as more detailed instructions on how to prepare all wires will be added in the next few days.

Most likely the wrong thermistor selected in configurator if using RATOS 2.1 or need to change it in the config if earlier RATOS.
Thanks for the initial message. I am using v2.0.2 currently. In the printer.cfg hotend selection, I have uncommented [include RatOS/hotends/rapido.cfg]. Is there another place where I need to change the config?
The Rapido 2 usually comes with a PT1000 thermistor which needs to be specified (it should be written on the thermistor cable) It has been so long since I was on 2.02 that I don't remember where the setting is (if you had a Rapido 1 it could be he 104 thermistor that needs to be changed. BTW, I would highly suggest updating to Ratos 2.1, the configurator makes it a lot easier.

Side note, both fans are now running at full speed still... will need to look into this a bit further.
