This means that Cloudflare asks the origin to send the content compressed using Brotli or Gzip, depending on which method the origin server supports....

Do not receive confirmation mail

Hello support team, I have the problem, that currently I'm not able to use or change services in my account. Cloudflare wants to check the account and is sending a mail for confirmation to my address. The problem is, that I don't get this mail. Yes I have checked SPAM and other folders already. Is it possible that the mail address is on a suppression list? What can I do to get it removed from such a list? 🙏 Thanks so much for your ideas and help....

Cloudflare Access Only check IPv4

Hello. I am using Cloudflare Tunnels combined with Cloudflare Access to IP restrict a page running on my ubuntu server. My IPv4 stays the same but my IPv6 changes after a while. The issue is, when I only provide my IPv4 into the policy, it won't let me bypass the cloudflare access and I have to put my IPv6... however, that is changing after a while. How can I configure my policy so it only checks the IPv4 even if the connection has IPv6?...

Cannot update Nameservers

Hello all, I am currently moving our church domain from Sharefaith to Cloudflare as the website company Churchtrac is requesting us to do this. However, Sharefaith is unwilling to update the nameservers but did give us a transfer key. Any advice on getting this switched over?

I am a new customer. I am trying to gain access to the API; however, to see the keys, I am being asked for a password. The issue is that I created my account with Google OAuth, so I don't have a cloudflare password. In my profile, I cannot change the password as I don't have the old one. How do I resolve this?

Temporary Ban/Rate-Limit for Excessive Requests in Cloudflare?

Hi everyone, I'm experiencing a situation where my website's backend is being overwhelmed by intense spam requests. Although I can ban users or set request limits on my server side, I'm looking for a solution within Cloudflare. Is there a feature or a configuration option in Cloudflare that allows for automatically applying a temporary ban or rate limit (for example, blocking access for 10 minutes) when a user sends an excessive number of requests at once? Any advice or best practices would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!...
