Expired or Deleted DNS?

Hello everyone! I'm having issues in accessing our Cloudflare account, and we can't receive any messages in our email domain too. I tried forgot email and got this message "The domain provided isn't registered on the Internet..."

I can see the domain is active on the internet. Not expired, not suspected at the registrar.
That error message (I've never seen it).. but, are you sure you're on a CF website? Like, you didn't click through any email link? It just reads suspect to me

there doesnt seem to be much in the way of dns records configured though, nothing for mail for example

Hi! Just got hired last week for the organization to resolve this issue. One of their employees opened an email with malware in it. Do you think this is the cause of the problem? It's confusing too how the previous person configure everything. I'm wondering too how many days we will wait for our support ticket to be seen. 😌

The domain is not active on the pair of nameservers it is currently using. So whatever you do next, you'll need access to the registrar first so you can change the nameservers.

Thank you. I'll check this. Hi everyone! @Erisa @rdm @Laudian I just found out that our previous tech support company deleted our Domain in cloudflare. Any suggestions what to do with this issue? I reached out to the registrar already and the domain is still active. Thanks a lot!

Do you have access to the registrar account in which the domain is in? If so, I'd just add the domain to a Cloudflare account that you control and update your records.
