Can't set Z Offset
as far as I know, under [probe] it must be provided, once (I'm using a Euclid)
so that when you change it via the interface later, it then gets saved under the non editable part (and the initial offset line you put in, then gets hashed out) at the bottom

it seems you provide:

This might be a wild guess
but have you set z offset in printer.cfg in the first place?
is there a line that mentions it?

~21mm wobble/error in print?
Update: as I was replacing the bearing stacks for 2rs bearings and 'shoulderbolts' I noticed the 3 titanium screws of my rapido 2 uhf were loose ! They seemed gooped on top (screwhead to surface) apparently not.... So well, yes, that could explain a lot.

I'm thinking maybe one or more bearings of the belt path(s) is off, and therefor creates surface wobbles and sometimes even worse, as well
