Issues with the anti-cheat (possible bug?)
I know I'm probably annoying the mods but I genuinely think there's an issue with the anti-cheat/ban pan system at the moment.
There's been a large number of reports on both the discord and reddit support page that you can read through about emulator players getting 10 year bans for no reason at all. After filing claims they come back as cheats detected. I did see something about the anti-cheat being updated a few days before all this started so perhaps they somehow flagging emulators as a cheat by mistake? Either way there's been a lot of issues with it and I feel like an investigation should take place. Hopefully the OFFICIAL Mods can get back to me and guide me to where I can direct this.

Requesting an account unban
Hello to the Support page I would like to have my account ban investigated as it was banned for ten years after I had logged in via the bluestacks 5 emulator. I had tried playing one match and I received a ban almost immediately for no reason at all. The use of emulators has been approved by the PUBG support team (official moderators) on discord. So the ban makes no sense.

The pubgm support team is useless
Does anyone here know what would cause a ban after logging in with an emulator? I was perma banned about a week ago after logging in with an emulator (bluestacks 5) and i got banned for it. I legitimately have never used cheats or bugs in the game so I genuinely dont know what to do.

Is there a security issue bug?
Ive noticed that theres a lot of players getting banned for 10 years without reason. Emulator players are recieving the most bans just for using the software and it gets detected as cheats.
You can find a bunch of reports on this and all the people get is the usual automated message about contacting support but it never truly help as majority of the claims get rejected with yet another automated message of "you have been detected as cheating"...
I hope this gets sorted out as many players are losing their accounts unfairly. I think its the emulator software itself thats being detected and it results in an unfair ban.

Banned for emulator usage
i was recently banned for 10 years by pubg for violating their terms by using an emulator (bluestacks 5) to login and check my account as my main device is broken. Pubg mentions detecting the use of an emulator and says that youll be matched with other emulator players. How do i get my account unbanned considering ive already filed a claim? and if they say youll be matched with other emulator players how can they ban you for it?
