extremely high data usage

is there a reason pubg takes an extremely high amount of data per match

delay to start game

It happens that in my master level in single player mode classic classification, I can play but when I reach the level of dominator the wait per game is greater than 10 minutes, sometimes greater than 15 minutes to find only one game each time I want to play. My question is: is there a way to solve this so as not to wait a long time? My server is North America.

Hello @JeanP . Matchmaking duration depends on how many players are currently playing on the specific game mode, map, team mode, perspective, server and platform. If you are unable to find a match, try switching to a different map or team mode.

Members Perks Misleading when Purchasing Prime Subscription

I recently purchased the prime subscription only because the subscription perk said you can use BP (crown) in the members shop. When I get to the shop, the only option I am allowed is to redeem on mission cards that is capped at 5, and NO outfits/clothing items. Now it asks me to purchase prime plus. This is very misleading....

The problem with auto download resources options

Why does this game keeps automatically downloading skins when anyone joins my lobby even when I have the so called “auto download” disabled in settings? It’s so useless I don’t wanna get hit by p2w hit effects I mean why is that even given if it doesn’t work? It’s so annoying to remove them every time any new person joins or leaves the game download their whole wardrobe (even the stuff they don’t have equipped)...
