FROSTBORNE DRAGON CHALLENGE EVENT.
Hello, i am playing for the Frostborne Dragon Challenge and I was ranked in the top 10. After days of playing and trying to reach a higher rank, me and my friends were able to steal the dragon from 2 other teams and got an incredible time of 29seconds. But since then, i dont see my rank in the Frostborne Dragon Challenge ranking. Can i please have assistance with this?

Solution:
You need to obtain the permanent version of the Arctic Era Theme first to be able to obtain the Advanced Theme Perk.
Once you obtain both, you can have the upgraded version of the lobby theme permanently....

Please try submitting another Account Recovery request from the login menu of the game using the Help option located at the top right side of the screen.
Make sure that you submit your claim on the device you used most frequently to log into the game and provide as many information as possible.
If your issue is not resolved after receiving a response, you may create a post with a description, your numeric user identification and a screenshot of the customer service conversation on the official support subreddit....

Unrecieved rewards for ultimate 500
I got the title for ranked 343 but i was ranked 349 and also i doesn't even get the other two rewards such as team tryouts and pmgo qualification
ultimate top 500 2 Rewards are missing
I got only one reward from ultimate royale,There should be 3 rewards.
