Loading Stuck On Account Recovery Menu
I got Hacked on my social media, thats make me cant login to my account so i tried the account recovery menu and then I got stuck in this thing for almost 10minutes, i tried uninstall and instal the game but same result, and then i switch my wifi to data connection still same.
Last i contact the customer service with my little brother account and the customer service told me to using account recovery feature.
I contact the customer service for the second time yesterday and got same answer they told me to use account recovery.....

Usually I send chickens and bike daily from my second acc to my main. My second acc is lvl28. Before some days, i could easily send chickens and pop without any issue but not anymore. It says to play first for 15 mins. I can easily send pop from my main bcoz its lvl81. Please tell me what account level it needs to be for sending pop without any restrictions?

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service. Please use the File Claim option when trying to log into your account if you want to appeal for your account suspension.
If you are not satisfied with the results after receiving a response, you may submit an Appeal request through the community support form....

Back in 2021 I opened my first account linked to Facebook. So far so good, until 2022, I decided to reinstall the app (PUBG mobile) on my mobile device. It turned out that somehow it created a new account linked to my Facebook account. I didn't panic because my level player level was low and I wasn't playing it consistently. After a couple of times logging in and out with my Facebook account, it somehow gave me access to my first account. The issue was fixed (at least that's what i thought). Time passed, during November 2024 I changed my device. Now, a few days ago I decided to install it and it is giving me the issue with the second account again.
I feel desperate to fix this issue. My level was 68 on my first account. I have so many things I value a lot there. My tier, my costumes, skins, players.
I've tried logging in and out again as I did in 2022, but it doesn't work....
