#requests 🥲dear PUBG Team, I am writing to inform you that my account was maliciously linked to someone else's email. I recover my account through account recovery link. My claim was successfully approved by system but as i'm trying to login my account via email login there's error can't login and i can't receive verification code from email . As a result, I am unable to log in to my personal account, and this situation is causing me significant distress. I have noticed that the account recovery process now states that I cannot reclaim the account after a successful claim for 3 month. I kindly request you to consider opening an appeal opportunity for me so, that I can recover my account after resubmit claim. You are my last hope in resolving this matter.

I am an old player since the second season and I play constantly. I logged in to my account from another device and then it was banned for ten years. According to the penalty, it is modifying the game data and I do not use any of the program and I cannot risk using any cheating tool because my account is very important to me and I am very accused of developing it as I spent huge amounts of money on it. I hope you reconsider this because if the problem is not solved, I will retire from the game and thus you lost a valuable person in the game and I promise you that I will not risk logging in to my account later except from a trusted device. How can we unregister from home battles? After some thinking I realized that I don't want to participate in this battle since the rewards are a bit bad.. can we unregister?
