Loosing Hope

It has been over two weeks since I lost access to my account. I was scammed out of my account, and the scammer used in-game support to get access. When I filed for recovery via https://pubgmobile.live/support, PUBG rejected it. I had UC receipts, all my friends' names, and all the device names, yet they still sided with someone who stole my account. All the emails that have been replied to are generic and do not address my issue. I do not know what to do now. Will I even get my account back or will PUBGM prefer scammer over me?

Submit a recovery request through the login menu of the game using the Help option located at the right side of the screen. Make sure that you submit your claim on the device you used most frequently to log into the game and provide as much information as possible....

@delfin🐬 boss, the scamer used that and his claim got accepted, and now I have nothing, I cannot submit my claim for another 3 months. i can prove that it is my account because I have so many purchase receipts. I just need someone to help me get in touch with customer service.

@delfin🐬 Boss, I have tried emailing them. I have emailed almost every day. The replies I received were just like automated responses that did not address my issue. I just need a chance to prove it. I have a lot of UC receipts, all billed to my name and address. I can verify this with my driving license. I have access to all of my previously connected social media accounts, including two email addresses and Facebook. I have my phone number that was connected. I have the device that I used to play on. I even have the device I used to play with about 4 to 5 years ago. Obviously, he has unfriended all my friends, but if you can check from your records, all of them were from my country and I am connected to all of them via social media.
