mic not working when using Bluetooth headphones

If I use Bluetooth headphones the game works great except the microphone. The mic doesn’t work unless I use it without the headphones. I’ve tried using AirPods and other brands and it’s all the same. They work with every other app except pubgm. How can I fix this? I’ve checked permissions and they seem to be good
