The pubgm support team is useless
Does anyone here know what would cause a ban after logging in with an emulator? I was perma banned about a week ago after logging in with an emulator (bluestacks 5) and i got banned for it. I legitimately have never used cheats or bugs in the game so I genuinely dont know what to do.

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service, whether it was done by the owner or someone else that has compromised your account. Your only option is to use the File Claim option if you wish to appeal for your account suspension.
If you have any objections to claim results, please contact the customer service through in-game or by sending an e-mail to service@pubgmobile.com.
If your issue is not resolved after receiving a response, you may create a post with a description, your numeric user identification and a screenshot of the customer service conversation on the official support subreddit....

Please avoid playing on other emulators, only playing on Gameloop emulator.
Even gameloop players are getting banned bro.
They are probably trying to bypass the emulator deduction or trying any tool to unlock more graphics settings. There are two types of ban, one is by manual review and second in by auto ban-pan anticheat.
No one confesses that they are cheating or use any 3rd party tools.
Im pretty sure mine was auto ban but i dont know why

Yeah but unfortunately i got perma banned and the support team cant do anything about it
In the auto ban they can't do anything I guess. It's the same as using GFX tools in the phone. Have you tried reddit?

BlueStacks is a 3rd party emulator and PUBG MOBILE Anticheat is based on the phone. For PC, they have Gameloop emulator which is fully optimised for PUBG Mobile as it's owed by them. So, Gameloop doesn't interfere with PUBG Mobile because anticheat is also optimized for it.
Whereas BlueStacks doesn't have smooth operation with anticheat.
It sucks lol. I just wanted my account unbanned.
