Bad top surface quality
I dried it just over a week ago but it has sucked up a lot of moisture after only a week of being out. It is a 3kg spool that I don't have a sealed storage for.

Nothing working after latest update
OK so it was the Nevermore update. It turns out that the update via klipper / moonraker did not work properly. I had to do a manual git pull via ssh & that worked.

Any ideas as to why the Nevermore is timing out after the update? I have separately checked the bluetooth is visible & from my klippy it looks like it connected but then some error?
I have asked in the Nevermore group also but thought someone here might be able to help either.

separate LED circuits?
You can use the BLTouch port on the Octopus for that easily. I connected my deko corner lights to that port.

limit speed
I did that alright. So I think it might be that my new AWD motors are binding a bit & that is preventing the gantry from moving even at 300mm/s. I have some dismantling to do now ☹️

In the RatOS.cfg it had printer speed 800, travel 600, z-tilt 600 & bed mesh 600. When I added the printer limit speeds to the printer.cfg that worked but the travel & z-tilt both appear to still be using 600 as my current motors can't handle much above 300mm/s & they stall out.

OK, I get what you are saying now. Flash the latest RatOS to it instead of updating from the klipper screen.

When I home Z it just says no beacon model loaded.

Sorry I miss typed, it is cubic infill. The problem is how bad the infill is. There are a lot of gaps in the lines of infill & a lot of gaps in the top layer as a result. I usually only use 3 top layers unless it needs to be a strong print.
