Bad quality print

This is my first print on my new V-core 3.1 500³. The gyroid infill is really bad & caused the top layer to not have enough to stick to leaving holes in the top layer. The bottom & walls look fine with just a little retraction to be tuned in. I sliced in OrcaSlicer with 200mm/s inner, outer & infill with 100mm/s for top surface. 0.2 layer with 0.6mm for inner & outer wall & 0.4 everywhere else. I am using RatRig green ABS 265°C with 95% flow ratio. Any suggestions to fix this???

Sorry I miss typed, it is cubic infill. The problem is how bad the infill is. There are a lot of gaps in the lines of infill & a lot of gaps in the top layer as a result. I usually only use 3 top layers unless it needs to be a strong print.

had the same problem. Double check, that you set the nozzle size in the slicer correctly. Standart is 0.4, but one of the two nozzles, that comes with the Rapido Uhf is 0.6. So check again which one youre using and what the slicer setting is.

I didn't know that. I will check that alright. Thanks

You were spot on. The hardened nozzle that came with the Rapido is 0.6 but the standard one (still in the box) is 0.4. I made a bad assumption that they were both the same size. Thank you for the help. It would have taken me a long to figythst one out. It is hard to see the 0.6 on the nozzle already
